By creating a membership or making a purchase you accept these terms.

General terms for creating a membership
When creating a membership at Sauna House, the member must provide their name, gender, address, email, phone number and card details for future subscription payments.
Any changes to contact or payment details must be reported to Sauna House immediately via the member's profile. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that Sauna House always has the correct contact details.
We only use the information you give us to improve your experience with us, including booking saunagus sessions, using memberships or communicating about our services.
Age limits
To use Sauna House you must be 18 years of age or older and legally of age.
House rules
The member is obliged to keep informed of and at all times follow the current house rules.
Read the rules hereA member's breach of the house rules constitutes a breach of the membership and membership terms and may result in expulsion, termination or cancellation of the membership, a fee, and exclusion of the member from membership of Sauna House and associated companies for a period determined by Sauna House, or permanently. Sauna House reserves the right to report breaches of the house rules to the police.
Wristband
The member must use their membership wristband to access Sauna House's facilities. The wristband must be collected at Sauna House in Nordhavn at selected times. Information will follow. The wristband is personal and may not be used by anyone other than the member.
A breach of this results in immediate and permanent expulsion from Sauna House and exclusion as a member. No compensation is given for the notice period. The wristband must always be carried and scanned before accessing the sauna and the other facilities included in the membership type. Furthermore, the wristband must be worn visibly while at Sauna House. Sauna House may in certain cases require the member to show photo ID while at Sauna House.
The member is responsible for keeping the wristband safe and ensuring that it is not damaged, lost or misused by others for unauthorised access or purchases. In the event of loss or suspected misuse, Sauna House must be informed in writing immediately. The member may be held liable for unauthorised use of the wristband until Sauna House has been informed in writing of the loss or misuse.
If the wristband is damaged or lost, this must be reported to Sauna House immediately, and a new wristband will be issued for a fee of DKK 300.
Liability and limitation of liability
Unless otherwise stated in the membership terms, the parties are liable to each other under the general rules of Danish law. However, Sauna House is not liable for loss or damage caused by simple negligence, nor is Sauna House liable for indirect losses.
The member is not entitled to claim damages or compensation if the member's ability to use Sauna House's facilities is reduced as a result of renovation or maintenance work, damage, repairs, cleaning, health or hygiene measures or other operational actions initiated by Sauna House. However, if the member's ability to use Sauna House's facilities is significantly reduced for 14 consecutive days as a result of such circumstances, the member is entitled to a proportional reduction in the price of their membership for that period. In such cases the member should contact Sauna House's Member Service. Sauna House reserves the right to change opening hours during the year depending on the season.
If Sauna House cannot fulfil its obligations to the member due to circumstances beyond Sauna House's control which Sauna House could not foresee or overcome the consequences of (force majeure), the parties' obligations to each other are suspended for the period the force majeure situation lasts. The member therefore cannot cancel the membership during that period, but the member may terminate the membership in the usual way. If the member has prepaid a membership and Sauna House cannot fulfil its obligations for a period due to force majeure, the member cannot demand that such prepaid membership be refunded or compensated in full or in part immediately for that period. If the membership is still in force after the end of that period, Sauna House will offset the value of the prepaid membership for the period against subsequent invoicing of the member.

Sauna House accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal belongings or valuables brought into our facilities. Automatic payment
The first payment is charged when the agreement is entered into. Thereafter the membership fee is charged automatically on the first banking day of each month for the start of the new membership month.
Price changes
Price changes are announced in advance with a notice period corresponding to the applicable termination notice.

Right of withdrawal on all purchases
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases made at Sauna House, whether via our website, social media or in our facilities. The right of withdrawal does not, however, apply to services that have begun within the withdrawal period with your consent, such as booked saunagus sessions or events. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of the purchase.
Terminating your membership
You can terminate your membership by contacting our customer service at info@saunahouse.dk. The notice period is the current month plus one month. Note that there is a binding period of 4 months from the date of purchase.
Pausing your membership
Memberships cannot be paused. After termination you will need to join any waiting list if you wish to rejoin.
Waiting list
If there are no available membership places at the location in question, you can join a waiting list for a waiting-list fee. We admit new members on an ongoing basis. Your place on the waiting list gives you priority access to membership.
By joining the waiting list you automatically accept promotion to active membership. This means you automatically become a member as soon as a place becomes available. Payment for the membership then begins in accordance with the prices and terms applicable at the time.
The waiting list is administered as an automatic sign-up list in the order it was created. If the member does not want automatic promotion, it is the member's own responsibility to leave the waiting list before promotion takes place. The waiting-list fee is not refunded on withdrawal.

We reserve the right to change Sauna House's opening hours. Changes will be announced at least 21 days, or 3 weeks, before they take effect.

Saunagus
When the saunas are used for saunagus sessions, one or more saunas will be closed 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled saunagus session. Sauna House cannot be held liable for financial compensation because members cannot use the facilities at Sauna House during this time. We therefore ask members of Sauna House to keep informed about the saunagus schedules.

Your rights
Under the law you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of data about you. You can exercise your data protection rights by contacting us at info@saunahouse.dk.
Right of access: you have the right to access the data we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.

You must contact us and tell us what the inaccuracies are and how they can be corrected. In all cases we must assess whether we consider your request justified. You can also request restriction instead of deletion if you believe our processing of the data is unlawful, if you believe we no longer need the data, or if you believe your legitimate interests outweigh the legitimate interests of the data controller. If it is found that our processing must be restricted, we may in future only process the data with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to data portability: you have the right to receive personal data you have provided to us, and data we have obtained about you from other parties on the basis of your consent. Right to information about new purposes: if we wish to use data about you for a purpose other than the purposes we have previously informed you of, for example in this privacy policy, you have the right to be informed before we further process the data for the other purpose.
Right to withdraw your consent: if our processing of your data is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, we may not process the data going forward. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
