Saunagus and events
What is a saunagus?
A sauna master pours water infused with essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the hot steam with a towel. The saunagus consists of three rounds of roughly 10–12 minutes with two breaks of about 10 minutes in between. Music and scents change along the way, and you can always step out between rounds.
Arrive 15 minutes early and bring two towels: one to sit on and one for afterwards.
After the saunagus you have access to our cold-water area with cold showers and ice tubs, as well as a dip in the sea.
How do I book a saunagus?
