Sauna & Wellness Community
Come for the calm, stay for the community
Three saunas, cold water, saunagus several times a day - a fixed part of the week, not a special occasion.
What people come back for are the conversations that start in the sauna and continue in the lounge.

What exactly is a saunagus?
A sauna master pours water infused with essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the hot steam with a towel. The saunagus consists of three rounds of roughly 10–12 minutes, with two breaks of about 10 minutes in between. The music and the scents change along the way, and you can always step out between rounds.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, a padlock, and a pair of pool shoes if you prefer. We take care of the rest. There are changing rooms and showers, so you can come straight from work and move on afterwards.
Do I need to be a member to visit?
No. You can buy a day pass or a single saunagus session and come tomorrow. Most people start there - the membership comes once visiting has become a habit.
Can I come alone?
Most people do. Quiet Sauna is a silent zone if you would rather be on your own, and Conversation Sauna is where you end up talking to whoever is sitting next to you.
How long does a visit take?
A saunagus session takes about an hour. Allow an hour and a half to two hours in total if you want time for the cold, the lounge and a drink afterwards - and you will.
When are you open?
Every day, all year round, from 07:00 to 22:00. The saunagus sessions run at fixed times - the current times are shown in the booking system.
