What is Sauna House?
Sauna House is a membership-based sauna club that combines modern technology with timeless traditions to offer an incomparable wellness experience. As a member, you get access to 3 unique saunas, a cold water area, exclusive changing facilities and sauna showers. Sauna House is a destination in a busy everyday life, where you can find space for peace and well-being!
Where is Sauna House located?
Sauna House is centrally located in Nordhavn. You can find us at Dunkerquegade 31 ST., 2150 Copenhagen
You can park in the Kronløbsøen parking lot, which is located below the Sauna House. Use the West entrance for direct access to the Sauna House entrance.

What is the age restriction?
We strive to be an adult community, so our age restriction is 18+.

Membership
How do I become a member?
Our membership quota is currently full. You can join our waiting list for 99 kr. and have the opportunity to become a member when we open for new memberships.
How much does a membership cost?
A Membership costs 298,- per month and a Premium Membership costs 698,-.
Please note that all memberships have an establishment fee of 325,-.
What does membership include?

As a premium member you also get:
- Possibility to bring one guest with each visit

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by contacting our customer service at info@saunahouse.dk. The cancellation period is the current month + 1 month.
Please note that we have a commitment period of 4 months from start.
How do I get my bracelet?
We will send your bracelet to your home. You will receive it within 5 business days in your mailbox.
To gain access to Sauna House, you need your wristband. Until you receive your wristband, you can open the door to Sauna House with our app.
Saunagus and events
What is Saunagus?
Saunagus is a guided sauna experience where a Gusmester uses essential oils and various techniques to create a sensual experience that promotes relaxation and well-being.
How do I book a sauna session?
Members can book saunagus via our online portal. Non-members must first create a free profile and can then book saunagus for a fee.
How much does it cost to participate in a sauna session?
It costs 240 DKK per time.

Important to know at first glance
For your first session, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your session to get comfortable with the location. Your email will tell you which sauna you will be in, who your session master is and the time.
What should you bring?
- A padlock for your locker - can otherwise be purchased on site.
- A towel - can otherwise be purchased on site.
Cancellation policy for saunagus
We will refund the amount up to 4 hours before the sauna session. The sauna closes 30 minutes before the start of the session to prepare for the sauna session.
