Wristbands : Lending wristbands is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent exclusion. We regularly check to ensure that this rule is adhered to.

Guests : Guests can only be brought along with a day pass or with a Premium membership. Bringing unauthorized guests will result in expulsion.

Check in : Remember to check in every time you visit us. Failure to check in is considered cheating and will result in expulsion.

Access Control : It is forbidden to let other people into the Sauna House, regardless of the reason. Each guest must use their own wristband or app for access. Violation of this rule will result in expulsion. This is necessary to maintain the safety of our members.

Using a towel : Always sit on a towel when using the sauna!

Liability : Guests who damage facilities or equipment will be held financially responsible for repair or replacement.

Washing & cleanliness : Make sure you are washed and clean before using the sauna. Also remember to wash your feet if you have been outside.

Respect others : The sauna is a place for relaxation. Respect others' need for quiet and keep conversations to a low level. Harassment, rude or inconsiderate behavior will result in expulsion.

Water on the sauna heater : It is not permitted to pour water on the sauna heater; only the sauna masters or other personnel are allowed to pour water on it.

No glass : Glass bottles and other glass are not allowed in the Sauna House.

Photos : You are welcome to take photos in Sauna House, but please be considerate. Make sure to get consent from other members wearing swimwear before taking photos.

Use of telephone: We encourage quiet in the Sauna House, therefore no telephone conversations in the sauna house.

Nudity : We ask all members to wear swimwear in Sauna House. Violation of this may result in expulsion.

Shoes : Leave your outdoor shoes at the entrance. We recommend using swimming shoes in the sauna and cold water area.

Overheating : If you feel dizzy, unwell or overheated, leave the sauna immediately and cool down. We recommend that you drink at least 0.5 liters of water before entering the sauna.

Personal responsibility : Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Sauna House cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or damage that may occur during your stay.

Hygiene : People with open wounds or infectious diseases are not allowed to use the sauna.

Outdoor area : Show respect for your neighbors by keeping the noise level low and picking up your trash.

Smoking : Smoking or snuff is not allowed while staying in the Sauna House.

Age : You must be 18 years of age to use the facilities.

Shaving and hygiene : Shaving, peeling, and the use of body scrubs are not permitted.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Food : It is not permitted to bring food.

Sauna safety : Avoid using the sauna alone. Always make sure there are others nearby in case of an accident.

Profile : Your online profile is personal and must not be shared with others.

Alcohol : It is permitted to enjoy alcohol purchased in Sauna House, however we do not want intoxicated guests.

Swimming in the canal : In the port of Copenhagen, swimming is only allowed in the designated bathing areas.

Parking : It is not allowed to park in front of Sauna House or drive on Kronløbsøen. We kindly ask all guests to use the underground parking lot at Kronløbsøen. You can park at the “Yellow” area and you will arrive directly at the entrance at Sauna House on the ground floor. If you have an electric car, you can charge your car on parking deck 2. Please note the current parking rules from EUROPARK. The parking area is a paid parking lot.

Drinks: No drinks in the sauna, drinks can be enjoyed in the common area or outside.

Oils: It is not permitted to bring oils or other fragrances and use them in our saunas.

Quiet zone: It is recommended that there should be silence in the saunas and that in general in Sauna House we respect the fact that other guests want silence. Therefore, we recommend that you speak calmly and quietly to each other.

Respect for the surrounding area: Sauna House is located in a nice and pleasant residential area. Therefore, please be considerate of the applicable rules for your movement in the surrounding area. After your visit to Sauna House, we recommend that you do not stay on Kronløbsøen. This is to avoid disturbing the neighbors of Sauna House.
